IN-HOUSE COUNSEL

Kate provides legal counsel and advises leadership on general corporate governance and all internal and external policies and procedures. 

With over fifteen years of experience practicing law, Kate brings a wealth of knowledge to the areas of contract development, intellectual property protection, and business compliance matters related to client privacy and protection. She is also the point for outside specialized counsel and provides final oversight on all of PIC’s agreements, including client confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements as well as PIC’s financing, employee, and vendor contracts.

Previously, Kate served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at a publicly traded cannabis company where she oversaw all legal functions, including regulatory compliance, while simultaneously managing its external affairs and all associated public relations and investor relations. 

Kate has also served as both General and Corporate Counsel for multiple organizations within a variety of industries, including healthcare and agriculture. She regularly advised senior management with respect to corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Prior to her roles as general counsel, she worked for Clark, Balboni and Gildea, LLP, advising clients on a broad cross-section of subject matter, including corporate law, estate planning, housing law, real estate transactions, and insurance subrogation and defense. She was a frequent litigator and presented oral arguments before both the Massachusetts Appellate and Supreme Judicial Courts.

Kate has been practicing law in Massachusetts since 2008, earning her J.D. from Suffolk University and B.A. from Stonehill College. 

She has three children with her husband, is an avid crossfitter, and enjoys spending time on the beaches of Cape Cod with her family. 

DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ANALYSIS & INSIGHTS

Molly is responsible for delivering valuable insights directly to our clients and leads our analysts on associated projects and initiatives. She brings a deep understanding of data analysis and interpretation.

Molly is skilled in using various tools and software to extract specific and detailed insights to drive business decisions by presenting complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner. She is passionate about using data to drive positive change and is dedicated to helping clients make informed business decisions.

Molly received her B.A. from UC Santa Barbara, with a major in geography and a minor in spatial science. 

In her free time, Molly is a meteorology enthusiast and enjoys spending time on the beaches of California. When she isn’t swimming in the ocean, you can find her expertly baking tasty confections and treats for her friends and family. 

MANAGER OF ANALYTICS 

Sarah works closely with the team and our technology partners to identify and measure key metrics that inform our client’s marketing and sales business decisions. She builds complex, yet easily consumable reports and visual dashboards in Excel and Tableau. 

Sarah is data-driven and results-oriented; working works one-on-one with clients to create,  implement, manage, and document secure processes for data organization and integrity. 

In 2022, she earned a Certificate of Completion in Data Visualization from ELVTR, furthering her ability to pinpoint and deliver relevant client data insights.

Sarah began her tenure at Positive Insights Consulting as a summer intern, which led to a full time opportunity upon her graduation from Babson College in 2021 with her B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on analytics. 

She enjoys yoga, thrifting, volunteering, and spending time with her friends and family between the North End and South Shore of Boston.
