As founder of Positive Insights, Mike is determined to help businesses realize their market potential by helping install data discipline and business intelligence. He knows decision making is a blend of art and science, but he believes the best path to good decision is when it is informed by reliable math. The answers are in the data.
Mike has helped multiple startups reach over $15M in sales in year one and has helped scale established businesses to over $100M in annual sales. Much of this growth was driven by implementing and reacting to rigorous analytics across the organization to drive scale.
Prior to that, he enjoyed 14 years with Fidelity Investments. There, his roles were centered around marketing and communications where he worked closely with senior leadership and the business partners throughout the sales and service functions to consistently improve the prospect and customer experiences.
During his career at Fidelity, Mike managed key institutional client relationships spanning many sectors, including those with Goldman Sachs, Pfizer, PNC Bank, Walgreens and BP.
Mike earned his B.S. in Marketing from Boston College and his MBA from Babson College.
